Happy New Year lovies! For me, it’s a month of new fitness routines, exams and back to uni! Recently, I’ve been seriously craving sweet food, particularly chocolate🙊 So, rather than denying myself, I’ve simply substituted chocolate powder for cacao!
Here’s the recipe!
- 10g cacao powder
- 25g PhD lean Belgian chocolate whey
- 100g Liberte yoghurt
- 250ml water
- 2tsp stevia
- Small handful of Cashews
- Small handful of Almonds
- 5g Flaxseed
- 5g Linseed
- 10g peanut butter
- In a blender (I use a nutribullet) whizz up the lean whey, cacao and water. Once it reaches a liquid like consistency, add the ice and stevia.
- I like to leave it thick, but if you’d rather have it as a shake/drink then blend for around 3 minutes!
- Top with basically anything, especially peanut butter 😈
