Fudge Flavour Protein Mug Cake


This week is my last week at home before going back to uni, so I’m making the most of all the food I won’t be able to afford when I’m back πŸ˜‚

🌻 This is my first time making a mug cake, and although the ones that are normally all over Instagram are full of naughty ingredients, this one isn’t! 😊✌🏼️

Microwave CLEAN (but messy😜) fudgy protein brownieπŸ‘…πŸ«πŸ™Šβœ¨πŸ©πŸͺπŸΌπŸ“β˜€οΈ
Ingredients :- β€’

  • 1 scoop lean @phdnutritionuk whey
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • Β 2tsp stevia
  • Β 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 150ml water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  1. Put in a microwaveable mug/bowl, mix mix mix and microwave for up to 1.5 minutes 🌟 don’t overcook! You want it to be slightly runny😈 Top with whatever you want! (Mine is chia seeds & strawberries)
