Fudgy Protein Mug Cake!


This week is my last week at home before going back to uni, so I’m making the most of all the food I won’t be able to afford when I’m back ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐ŸŒป This is my first time making a mug cake, and although the ones that are normally all over Instagram are full of naughty ingredients, this one isn’t! ๐Ÿ˜ŠโœŒ๐Ÿผ๏ธ

Microwave CLEAN (but messy๐Ÿ˜œ) fudgy protein brownie๐Ÿ‘…๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ™Šโœจ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ“โ˜€๏ธ
Ingredients :- โ€ข

  • 1 scoop lean @phdnutritionuk whey
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • ย 2tsp stevia
  • ย 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 150ml water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  1. Put in a microwaveable mug/bowl, mix mix mix and microwave for up to 1.5 minutes ๐ŸŒŸ don’t overcook! You want it to be slightly runny๐Ÿ˜ˆ Top with whatever you want! (Mine is chia seeds & strawberries)
