This week is my last week at home before going back to uni, so I’m making the most of all the food I won’t be able to afford when I’m back π
π» This is my first time making a mug cake, and although the ones that are normally all over Instagram are full of naughty ingredients, this one isn’t! πβπΌοΈ
Microwave CLEAN (but messyπ) fudgy protein brownieπ

Ingredients :- β’
- 1 scoop lean @phdnutritionuk whey
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- Β 2tsp stevia
- Β 1 tbsp almond flour
- 150ml water
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp baking powder
METHOD
- Put in a microwaveable mug/bowl, mix mix mix and microwave for up to 1.5 minutes π don’t overcook! You want it to be slightly runnyπ Top with whatever you want! (Mine is chia seeds & strawberries)
