Chocololate & Banana Protein Bowl

This is a deliccccciously creamy breakfast/ snack idea that I am in love with 😻

INGREDIENTS –

  • 25g lean whey chocolate flavour
  • 30g frozen banana
  • 1tsp agave nectar
  • 250ml water
  • Ice

Topped with :

  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • 10g peanut butter
  • 10g dark chocolate
  • Frozen berries

METHOD

  • Blend the protein powder, frozen banana, ice & water together. Then add the agave nectar. You may have to pulse it, in order to break down the ice and frozen nanaβœ¨πŸ™„
  • Put ya smoothie in a bowl
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave for up to 2 minutes.
  • Drizzle chocolate & peanut butter over the smoothie
  • Top with whatever you want πŸ‘…πŸ’…πŸ½
