Peanut Butter & Cinnamon Oats

Gooood morning lovely people!

 It’s Monday 8th Feb, and I’m starting off this week with my favourite, creamiest porridge!


  • 45g porridge oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 egg whites
  • 150ml water
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Topped with :-

  • 80g low fat natural yogurt
  • Peanut butter
  • Half a pear
  • More cinnamon!


  1. In a microwaveable bowl, mix thoroughly together your oats, water, egg whites, almond milk, sweetener, chia seeds and cinnamon. Make sure it’s all well blended!
  2. Place in the microwave on high, for up to 2 minutes. Dependent on how runny you like it. It may look like its ‘expanding’ but this isn’t a bad thing!
  3. Remove from microwave (bowl will be very hot!🔥) and put whatever toppings you want on! I hugely recommend yoghurt, as it cools the porridge down and makes it sooo much creamier 😜☝🏼️🙌🏼


Calories – 350 // Carbs – 40g // Protein – 11g // Fat – 9g 😊
