The Supplements I love!

I thought I would write a quick post as to the supplements that I use daily for training, aswell as life! Obviously you don’t have to use these in order to get fit, but they’re just some of my personal favourites.

Since getting into ‘fitness’ πŸ™„ I wasn’t sure about all these products with bizarre names that sound like something from a year 8 Latin class…and I’m sure I’m not the only one! But since using them, I can confirm that I have not turned into a man, grown hair in odd places or died, like some strange myths say… πŸ˜ƒ

There are countless products you can buy, but the ones I use are :

PRE WORKOUT πŸ‘‰πŸΌ I use the JSTJODIE pre workout – fruit punch πŸ‡ This always makes me feel so groovy before a workout,I could listen to opera and still be buzzingπŸ˜‚ Pre workout effects your strength, energy, stamina & muscle building potential, due to the caffeine and creatine ingredients πŸ’ͺ🏼 It comes as a powder, that I mix with water! I don’t use it in every session, mostly when I’m training legsπŸ˜‹ but don’t use too much of it… Gets a bit tinglyπŸ€”πŸ”₯

BCAAS πŸ‘‰πŸΌ @myproteinuk BCAA (branch chain amino acids) raspberry lemonade πŸ‹ this is one of my faaaave supps. I drink this all day, 24/7, all timeπŸ˜‚πŸ˜› it works to help protect your muscles from exercise-induced protein breakdownπŸ‘ŠπŸΌ It’s good during training, after & before. Basically all day… It also comes in a powder, which I mix with water! But you can also get it as a tabletπŸ˜‡
PROTEIN POWDER (HOLY GRAIL) I use @jstjodie cookie dough diet wheyπŸͺ – AH MAYN I just love protein powder I can’t even lie about it. I actually once lived off the stuff for a week (uni probs). I literally eat it dry, out of the tub with a spoon. It’s so good when you need to get that protein in, and don’t want to eat anymore chicken πŸ˜‚ Plus, when you mix it up it’s basically just a blimmin sexy milkshakeπŸ‘… it gives you your protein & ya amino acids in order to help yo muscles grow πŸ’ͺ🏼 I use it for porridge, shakes, pancakes, hot chocolate. Anything I can eat that won’t kill me 🌞

Lastly, I take a multivitamin and a cod liver oil tablet eerydayπŸ˜ŽπŸ˜› I get a lot of vitamins & micronutrients from my food, but why not just go HAM on it πŸ˜‹βœŒπŸΌοΈ
